How do I place an order? |
Once you have set up an account you can fax or email us your purchase orders. |
What are FleecePro's payment terms? |
Subject to credit approval, we offer net 30 days terms for in-stock purchases. We also accept all major credit cards. For overseas orders, a 50% deposit is due before production and the balance is due prior to shipping. |
What is the cutoff time to ship the same day? |
Most orders received before 1pm est will ship via UPS the same day. Please allow up to 48 hours for truck and lcl shipping arrangements. |
Does FleecePro ship blind and drop ship? |
Yes, to keep our identity hidden from your customers we ship blind. In fact our name does not appear on our products or cartons either. |
Does FleecePro provide decorating services? |
Embroidery and screen printing are offered on custom orders made in our Chinese factory. Minimums and lead times apply. See our Custom Import Products. |
Is FleecePro affiliated with ASI, PPAI or any other organizations? |
We are not affiliated with any of these organizations. We are solely importers and manufacturers who sell directly to ASI and PPAI suppliers. |
How will I know my product has shipped? |
You will be provided with tracking information via email or fax within 24 hours of shipment. |
Does FleecePro take returns and if so is there a restocking fee? |
We stand behind our merchandise 100% and will accept returns on any damaged goods that have not been embellished. There is a $10.00/carton restocking fee for cancelled orders. |
